On behalf of Council and the citizens of the City of Waterloo, I wish to extend a warm welcome to everyone attending the Divine Performing Arts 2009 World Tour in the Centre in the Square.

Waterloo Region is proud of our culturally diverse community. This performance promises to be an outstanding and unforgettable event, as World-class Chinese dancers, magnificent theatrics and music are sure to entertain all audiences.
