I am pleased to extend my warmest greetings to those attending the Divine Performing Arts (DPA) 2009 World Tour performance across Canada. On behalf of Prime Minister Stephen Harper, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the performers of the DPA world tour for giving Canadians the opportunity to experience such dazzling and internationally- celebrated performances.

In addition to delighting audiences around the world, the DPA can be proud, as your organization exemplifies the Canadian values of democracy, freedom, human rights and the rule of law. Through your performances, you help promote these values around the world, while giving us all the opportunity to share and appreciate the various traditions of our families, friends and neighbors.
